This refund policy shall be read and treated as an integral part of the Terms and Conditions.

1.1      sahyaleadership.com offers three types services:

1. Psychometric assessments with one mandatory coaching session.
2. Online/ offline Coaching Session with Sahya Certified Career Coach as per plan chosen by user.
3. Business Consultation.

1.2      Our psychometric assessment service is delivered as soon as the candidate is allowed to take the assessment. After psychometric assessment, the report is generated automatically and reflected in candidate portal/dashboard at the time of scheduled session of personal coaching. We strongly recommend the candidate to review the repost only with the help of a certified coach.

1.3      Post psychometric assessment, in case the report is not reflected on candidate portal/dashboard at the time of coaching, the candidate may contact helpdesk at +91-484-356-8436 between 9 AM to 5 PM or write to us at hello@sahyaleadership.com.

1.4      Refund is possible only if candidate is not able take psychometric assessment due to any technical issues from our end or report is not shared during the scheduled time of coaching session, after registering written complaint regarding either of the issues by sending email at hello@sahyaleadership.com.

1.5      After undergoing psychometric assessment, once the candidate proceeds to avail the Coaching Session as stated above, the fee stipulated for the same is not at all refundable.

1.6      If the candidate fail to appear for scheduled Coaching Session for unforeseen reasons/ natural calamities, the session can be rescheduled with the concurrence of the Coach based on written communication within 24 hours of the scheduled time. Rescheduling can be requested for a maximum of two times and if the candidate fails to appear, the session will be considered as concluded and sahyaleadership.com reserves the right to cancel the session without further notice.

1.7      If the candidate abstain from the scheduled session without any written reply within 24 hours of the schedule, the session will be considered as concluded and sahyaleadership.com reserves the right to cancel the session without further notice, in which case the candidate will not be entitled for any refund.
